Jim is a farmer by trade and he gigs in local bars on the weekend. He and his wife are expecting their first baby in March. He comes from a small farming village in Tyrone that he says has one pub and no shop. The farm he works on has been in his family for over 100 years, but music is his passion and has always been his dream. He believes he's got the voice to go all the way. He also plays a little piano. Though he auditioned for X-Factor this year and got as far as boot camp he says The Voice would be the biggest break he's ever had.
