Alan was in the famous Irish band OTT who had chart success in the late 1990s with hits like 'Story of Love' and 'Let Me In'. The band broke up in 1998, and he is currently working as a Customer Care Manager for Vodafone Ireland. He is married to Siobhan and they have a three year old daughter, Allie. He can play piano, guitar and also has 13 grades in trumpet. He has also been writing music for more than 15 years now. Alan says he considers his voice to be of tenor range with a strong falsetto ability. He loves to sing old school R'n'B but says his main loves are musicals like Les Miserables and the music of Josh Groban.
