Clodagh McKenna is an Irish chef and has been working in food for the over 16 years. Currently living between Dublin, London and New York. Clodagh McKenna is the author of five best-selling cookery books, including ‘Clodagh’s Irish Kitchen’ and ‘Homemade’.
Her food ethos is simple, local, seasonal with a fresh take on Irish cooking. Clodagh would describe her cooking as a fresh modern take on Irish food with a focus on seasonal and local produce.
Having studied in France and New York, and trained and worked at Ballymaloe Cookery School and House in County Cork, which she is very passionate about her craft, which has lead her to be featured in publications such as Forbes Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today to name but a few.
