Mayer still reeling from Aniston split
Singer John Mayer has spoken of his sadness over the way in which his romance with actress Jennifer Aniston came to an end.
In an interview with Rolling Stone magazine, Mayer says of the break-up: "I've never really gotten over it. It was one of the worst times of my life."
Thirty-two-year-old Mayer and 40-year-old Aniston first began dating in 2008, split up, reconciled and then split up again last year.

They have remained friends, with Mayer describing Aniston in the Rolling Stone article as "fantastic".
