Dexter star reveals cancer battle

'Dexter' star Michael C Hall has revealed that he is receiving treatment for cancer but the disease is in remission.

In a statement, the 38-year-old said that he is "on the road to completing what has been a successful treatment for Hodgkin's Lymphoma".

"I feel fortunate to have been diagnosed with an eminently treatable and curable condition, and I thank my doctors and nurses for their expertise and care," he added.
