Cyrus 'angers restaurant staff'
Miley Cyrus has reportedly annoyed waiting staff in a New York restaurant by keeping all the change from her meal instead of leaving a tip.
Digitalspy reports that the 'Hannah Montana' star, who apparently earned $25 million (£16 million) last year, reportedly spent $70 (£44) on food for herself and her sister at the Outback Steakhouse but failed to add a service charge.
A source told Bang Showbiz: "She pulled an envelope of money out and handed a $100 (£63) note over - but she kept all the change."

A spokesperson for the 16-year-old singer said: "Miley didn't know she was supposed to tip unless she was eating inside."
