New Grey's crisis for Izzie and Alex
Newlywed doctors Izzie (Katherine Heigl) and Alex (Justin Chambers) will face a major crisis in the new series of 'Grey's Anatomy'. Warning spoiler alert!
Responding to a fan's question about whether Izzie would cheat on Alex in the new series, Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello replied: "No, but the newlyweds will be dealt a major blow..."

He continued: "In fact, the crisis is so big that Izzie disappears for roughly five non-consecutive episodes."
Ausiello added: "BTW, even though I knew Katherine Heigl's mini-hiatus was coming, Izzie's exit was no less powerful or emotional. And man, Heigl knocks it out of the park."
