Cherry reveals Housewives cliffhanger

'Desperate Housewives' creator Marc Cherry has revealed that he is currently planning a dramatic cliffhanger in season six of the hit show. Warning: Spoiler Alert!

According to Digital Spy, Cherry explained he is planning a plane crash story and added that he does not yet know who will be involved in the accident.

He said: "It's going to be my cliffhanger for the first half of the season."

Cherry added that the crash would "affect everyone's lives".

However, he also said that none of the main characters would be killed in the crash: "I'd love to kill somebody 'cause that's just what I do. But the truth is, right now I don't have anyone major dying."

Cherry recently claimed that 'Desperate Housewives' "has a lot of life left in it".
