Boyle mobbed on her arrival in LA

'Britain's Got Talent' singing sensation Susan Boyle was mobbed by fans and paparazzi on Saturday night after she flew into Los Angeles.

The Guardian reports that the Scottish singer was in LA to make her first US singing performance. She is due to appear on the final of 'America's Got Talent' where she will perform a cover version of the Rolling Stones hit 'Wild Horses'. The song is on her new album 'I Dreamed A Dream' which is due to be released on 23 November. The album is Amazon's best selling pre-sales title.

Piers Morgan, who is a judge on 'Britain's Got Talent', also sits on the panel of the US version of the show alongside Sharon Osbourne and David Hasselhoff.

The final of this year's show takes place on Wednesday, 16 September.
