Hell's Kitchen pair have bust-up

'Hell's Kitchen' star Nick Munier has reportedly had a bust up with his former TV boss Marco Pierre White.

According to The Hearld, the pair appear to have fallen out after Nick set up his own restaurant in Dublin and landed a show on TV3.

Despite being pals for nearly two decades, the programme's maitre d' has revealed how he has not spoken to the celeb chef after Nick took offence at some comments he made about him.

Marco claimed that the half-French personality hadn't even told him that he was setting up a new eaterie - and it was a mutual business acquaintance that broke the news. He also claimed that he had been too busy to stay in touch with Nick after the series ended.

"When Marco snubbed me in the papers, it upset me and I rang him up but he said he was too busy to talk," Nick told The Hearld.

"We haven't spoken since, he tried to call me a few times but I haven't taken his calls. It's such a shame because it did upset me and he was like a mentor to me.

"He claimed he never knew I was opening up a restaurant, so to read that and get no phone calls whatsoever was a bit of a kick in the teeth. I have no idea why he's being like this."

Two months ago, Nick opened the doors of Pichet on Trinity Street in Dublin after nabbing L'Ecrivain's Stephen Gibson as his joint business partner and head chef.
