McFadden to seek custody of kids - report
Brian McFadden is reportedly set to fight ex-wife Kerry Katona for custody of their kids.
The former Westlife star is reportedly furious that she allegedly snorted cocaine while at home with the children, and fears they are no longer safe with her.
The Daily Star reports that he is also concerned that Kerry, who was sacked from her Iceland TV ads over the scandal, will be left too broke to look after Molly, seven, and Lilly Sue, six.
Last night McFadden, 29, was reportedly "consulting his lawyers" to plan a custody battle after photos in a newspaper showed Kerry allegedly inhaling cocaine.
The shots, taken without her knowledge, showed the former Atomic Kitten singer in her bathroom.
The girls were being looked after by a nanny elsewhere in the house, having re-turned just hours earlier from a three-week holiday with Brian in Ireland.
A source is quoted as saying: "Brian realises he has a duty of care to his children and that is his priority," said one. "He will not see them put at any kind of risk."
Kerry left Britain for Tenerife earlier this week as budget supermarket chain Iceland announced it was axing her £250,000-a-year contract - her only significant source of income.
Kerry married taxi driver Mark Croft in 2007 and the couple had a daughter, Heidi. The birth of their second child, Max, was filmed by MTV.
