Cher is joining Aguilera's musical
Cher is to star opposite Christina Aguilera in the upcoming musical 'Burlesque'.
Variety reports that the film tells the story of a singer from a small town who finds success in a Los Angeles club.
Cher will play the club's owner, Tess, and will also sing in the film.

'Burlesque' will begin shooting in November.
