Holmes to hit the dance floor on US TV?

It is reported in the US that Katie Holmes is in talks to appear on the television show 'So You Think You Can Dance'.

Life & Style magazine claims that the actress has been attending dance studios in the Los Angeles area several times a week and is now in discussions about a special performance on the hit programme.

An unnamed source told the magazine: "She's met with judge and producer Nigel Lythgoe and everyone hopes she appears on this season or next season of the show."

Representatives for the star and TV network Fox have refused to comment.
