Kelly Brook offered consolation job

Kelly Brook has been offered an apology from Simon Cowell as well as a new job after he axed her from 'Britain's Got Talent'.

Brook was dropped from the show just six days after being hired with programme sources quoted as saying the new judging format was not working.

Speaking in The Mirror newspaper, Cowell described the model and TV presenter as a "tough little cookie". He continued "She was very pragmatic and very professional about it, although obviously a bit sad about no longer being a judge."

He has now offered the 29-year-old a new role on the spin-off programme, 'Britain's Got More Talent'.

Brook has previously acted as a TV presenter on 'The Big Breakfast' and 'Love Island'.
