Book deal 'worth millons' for Fey

Tina Fey, who has become world renowned for her deadly accurate impersonation of US Republican vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin, has reportedly signed a book deal worth millions.

Fey was already well known in the US as the host Saturday Night Live, on which the Palin sketches air, and as an actress on spoof TV show '30 Rock', but she has connected with a massive new audience courtesy of the US Presidential election.

According to Reuters, the New York Post has reported that the deal is worth more than $5 million dollars, adding that the book is "not being pitched as a memoir, but instead as nonfiction humour, more in the style of author, screenwriter and film director Nora Ephron."

The book's publisher would not confirm the details of the advance or other payments.

Some brilliant moments but sadly, for a film about losing one's virginity, it doesn't go all the way.

The performances are outstanding throughout, with Robert Donnelly's Eamon, a wonderfully creepy creation amid the triumvirate of increasingly tortured souls.
