The Festival of World Culture is on this weekend and an acclaimed Reggae singer from the Côte d'Ivoire, Tiken Jah Fakoly, is to receive a Freemuse award. Freemuse is the world forum on music and censorship, which advocates freedom of expression for musicians and composers worldwide.
