Cowell's Potts movie moves forward

Simon Cowell's film based on the rise to fame of 'Britain's Got Talent' winner Paul Potts is to be made by the movie studio Paramount.

The Hollywood Reporter says that 'One Chance' is a comedy-drama based on Potts' success.

Cowell will produce the film, which is his studio debut.

He is also working on 'Star Struck', a film about a musical reality show.
