Britney's ex-boyfriend stabbed?

Britney Spears' ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib was reportedly stabbed in an incident over the weekend.

According to paparazzi agency, JFX Online, Ghalib received a stab wound to his arm and cuts to his face on Saturday night.

The Birmingham-born photographer is also said to have suffered a black eye.

The agency reports that the 35-year-old is recovering after being treated for his injuries.

Ghalib is rumoured to have split with Spears last month after she found text messages from another woman on his mobile.

Spears herself was involved in an unrelated car accident on the same night.
