Spears & ex agree Christmas custody deal

Pop singer Britney Spears and her ex husband Kevin Federline have reportedly agreed a deal for visitation of their two children over the Christmas period.

According to People magazine, lawyers for the pair agreed the terms in a closed-door hearing yesterday.

Neither Spears nor Federline attended the latest hearing.

No details of the Christmas arrangement for visitation of 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James were released to the media.

The pair's next custody hearing is due to take place on 23 January 2008.
