J-Lo's husband hints at pregnancy

Jennifer Lopez's husband Marc Anthony has hinted that his wife is pregnant with their first child while performing with her over the weekend.

According to People magazine, Anthony dedicated his performance of the song 'Faithfully' to his wife.

He said of the track: "It's a real personal song. This song has a whole new significance."

Anthony later got a loud cheer when he sang the lyrics: "They say that the road ain't no place to start a family".

Lopez later joined her husband on stage, saying to the crowd: "This is such a special time."
