OC star Brody eyes superhero movie

'The OC' star Adam Brody is among the talent who have screentested for roles in the new superhero epic 'Justice League of America'.

The Hollywood Reporter says that 'Death Proof' star Mary Elizabeth Winstead, rapper Common, '24' star Michael Angarano and 'Friday Night Lights' stars Minka Kelly, Adrianne Palicki and Scott Porter were among the 35-40 actors who met with director George Miller.

'Justice League of America' will bring such characters as Superman, Batman, the Flash, Wonder Woman and Aquaman together on the big screen.

The trade daily says that director Miller is looking for young actors who can develop the roles over the course of a series of 'Justice League of America' movies.
