McConaughey replaces Wilson in Stiller comedy

Matthew McConaughey has replaced Owen Wilson in the new Ben Stiller-directed and starring comedy 'Tropic Thunder'.

Variety reports that Wilson was unable to work on the film after his hospitalisation.

The trade daily says that the role is an uncredited cameo and McConaughey will work on the film, which is currently shooting in Hawaii, for a week.
