Judge orders Lopez ex to pay $545,000

A judge in California has ordered Jennifer Lopez' ex-husband to pay her $545,000 for trying to publish a tell-all book about their relationship.

This ruling affirmed an earlier arbitrator's decision in the case, in which Ojani Noa is barred from publishing negative, denigrating or disparaging details about the actress-singer.

He was also ordered to turn over all materials related to the unpublished, ghostwritten book.

Lopez's lawsuit had accused Noa of violating a previous lawsuit settlement that prevented him from disclosing private information about their relationship for personal gain.

According to reports, the book claims that during the 11 months that Noa was married to Lopez, she had multiple affairs, including one with her current husband, Marc Anthony.

Anthony and Lopez married in June 2004.
