Borat writer to pen Eurovision comedy
The writer of 'Borat' is to turn his attention towards the Eurovision Song Contest.
Variety reports that Dan Mazer and producer Damian Jones ('The History Boys') have inked a deal with Working Title Films for the film, which will be called 'Eurovision: The Movie'.
The trade daily says that the idea for the film was originated by the duo, who will also serve as producers on the project.

Mazer was Oscar-nominated for his work on 'Borat' and also wrote 'Ali G Indahouse' and 'Da Ali G Show'.
