Gallagher to appear on Countdown?

Singer Liam Gallagher could make a guest appearance on Channel 4 quiz show 'Countdown.'

According to digitalspy.com, the Oasis frontman is in negotiations to appear as the special guest in 'dictionary corner', with reports suggesting he is a massive fan of the programme.

Carol Vorderman told British newspaper The Daily Sport, "Liam loves it and yes, we're in talks about him coming on. I told him I think it will do his cred no end of good."
