Teen star Lohan released from hospital

Teen actress Lindsay Lohan has been released from hospital after recovering from an asthma attack, according to her publicist.

Lohan was admitted to hospital on Monday night after complaining of breathing difficulties. She has suffered from asthma since childhood.

According to Lohan's spokesperson, Leslie Sloane: "She is much better. She is on her way home with her family."

While Lohan was in hospital, Vanity Fair magazine published an interview with the actress, in which she admitted that she suffered from bulimia and also said that she had used drugs "a little".

Lohan's spokesperson said that she was expected to start filming 'Chapter 27' in about two weeks time.
