Diesel bringing hit game to screen
Vin Diesel is to star as Agent 47 in the big screen adaptation of the best-selling video game 'Hitman'.
The Hollywood Reporter says that Diesel will also act as executive producer on the film.
Speaking about the project, producer Adrian Askarieh said: "The canvas on which this adventure takes place is something that movie audiences have embraced for the last 40 years. We obviously are delighted to have Vin Diesel on board, too - he and Agent 47 are a match made in heaven."
Diesel's next film on Irish cinema screens will be 'The Pacifier'; it opens on 15 July.
