Four roles in a movie for McGregor

Ewan McGregor is set to play four roles in a new, as-yet-untitled comedy.

Variety reports that the comedy is a film within a film, with McGregor playing a 1930s Hollywood star, his stand-in and the two 18th Century characters they play in the movie they are shooting.

The film tells the story of a movie being made about the Jacobite rebellion and what happens when the star goes missing and the makers turn to his stand-in.

Peter Capaldi, who helmed the film 'Strictly Sinatra', will be in the director's chair.

The film is scheduled to begin shooting early next year.

Some brilliant moments but sadly, for a film about losing one's virginity, it doesn't go all the way.
