Brian and Kerry McFadden to divorce

Celebrity couple Brian and Kerry McFadden are to divorce, according to newspaper reports over the weekend.

The couple, who announced their split two weeks ago, were married in 2002 and have two children.

Brian McFadden told the News of the World: "It's not likely we'll get back together. We'll divorce."

"But we haven't talked details because at the moment, for the sake of the kids, we just want to get our lives straight."

McFadden recently launched his solo career with a Number 1 single after leaving boyband Westlife earlier this year.
