Outkast top UK music critics' poll

Outkast's new opus 'Speakerboxxx/The Love Below' is the Best Album of 2003, according to British music critics.

Music retailer HMV compiled a 'Poll of Polls' list from magazines with the Atlanta duo taking the top spot ahead of Dizzee Rascal's 'Boy in Da Corner' and The Mars Volta's 'De-loused in the Comatorium'.

The White Stripes were in fourth place with 'Elephant' while The Darkness came in fifth with 'Permission to Land'.
