Cranberries single for Chernobyl children

Irish band The Cranberries are to donate the worldwide royalties from their new single to assist the Chernobyl Children's Project.

The Cork based charity organisation provides funding and assistance to children affected by the 1986 nuclear disaster.

Cranberries lead singer, Dolores O'Riordan, said the song, 'Time is Ticking Out', was directly influenced by the plight of the children.
