Madonna to present Turner prize
The Tate gallery has confirmed Madonna will present this year's Turner Prize on December 9.
The ceremony will take place in the newly relaunched Tate Britain and will be broadcast live on Channel 4. Shortlisted artists for the prize include Richard Billingham, Martin Creed, Isaac Julien and Mike Nelson.
The exhibition of the artists' work opens on November 7 at Tate Britain.
