Brass Eye makers could face charges

Channel 4 and the makers of the controversial 'Brass Eye' television programme could face criminal charges.

A Scotland Yard report claims those responsible for an episode about paedophilia should be prosecuted under the Protection of Children Act.

Charges are relating to the taking, making and showing of indecent photos of youngsters.
