    An extract from a special children's programme 'Zig and Zag Christmas Crisis'. The puppet aliens Zig and Zag and their guardian Ray D'Arcy get a postal delivery from the creepy Patrick the Postman. The letter is from Santa Claus saying that Zig will not be getting any toys for Christmas if he is bold once more before the big day.

    Zig and Zag first appeared on RTÉ in 1987 as part of young peoples programming . They became hugely popular with college students and children alike. In 1997, Zig and Zag moved to Channel 4 in Britain.
