    An extract from the series 'Family Matters'. In this clip Tiggy Hudson shows how to make Halloween costumes out of bin liners. Children dressed as Dracula, a witch, a bat and a ghost are shown in costume in the studio. Tiggy demonstrates a game she created where the aim is to steal some sweets off a tray.

    Halloween (a shortening of All Hallows’ Evening) is a yearly holiday observed around the world on October 31, the night before All Saints' Day incorporates traditions from pagan harvest festivals and festivals honouring the dead, particularly the Celtic Samhain.
