Mícheál Ó Muircheartaigh manages to tell listeners about the Annals of the Four Masters completed in 1616 AD during his commentary on an All-Ireland Senior Football Final between Dublin and Donegal.

"Donegal might have been waiting for a hundred years to come here. The Four Masters history might have ended in 1616 but Donegal of 92 are there with Dublin's Jack Sheedy attacking..."

Annals of the Four Masters, completed in 1616, are a chronicle of Medieval history.
