1992: Bertie's First Budget
Budget 1992 was to be the first for Minister for Finance, Bertie Ahern. However, the events of budget day were somewhat overshadowed by the Fianna Fail leadership debate and the impending resignation of An Taoiseach, Charles J. Haughey.
