An Easter 1916 commemoration parade defies a police order not to display the tricolour over the last 400 yards of the route in Derry city centre.

Some participants chant "SS RUC", while others sing the Irish national anthem. In Guildhall Square, Leo Coyle reads the Proclamation of 1916, which is followed by cheers and applause from supporters.
