Prime Minister, Terence O'Neill, defends his policies and emphasises the constitutional relationship between Stormont and Westminster. He calls on party members to respect the integrity of the Unionist Party.

O'Neill states that "party integrity must never be sacrificed even in the interest of party unity." O'Neill says that you cannot put unity before principle and advocates for respect for the party over support.
