Tom McGurk and Bernadette Devlin, participants in the People's Democracy march, talk to John Howard of RTÉ. McGurk and Devlin, who both participated in the Belfast to Derry march, are interviewed at a Dublin press conference on the achievements of the march.
They also discuss future marches and the protection provided by the police during the march. Devlin also talks about being beaten by the Paisleyites and being struck and abused by the police, before being assisted by another policeman. Devlin describes the group as non-political and non-violent but determined to fight for justice for the people.
