Ethel Kennedy came to Dublin in 1975 for the wedding of her niece, Anne Cuffe. The wife of US Senator Bobby Kennedy, who was assassinated in 1968, speaks to reporter Derek Davis. She says that her own sons are interested in politics and they believe it is an honourable profession. When asked if she has any concerns about her family being in the public eye Ethel Kennedy says
I thinks life is a challenge and men are not made for safe haven.
Her life now is taken up with looking after the children and charity work for the various Kennedy foundations.
