Mother Teresa talks about the opening of a Dublin house for her order The Missionaries of Charity.

The mission of the order in Dublin is 

To work among the young, the destitute, the deprived, the drunks and the outcasts.

The invitation to open a house in Dublin came to Mother Teresa directly from Archbishop of Dublin Dr Dermot Ryan.

Mother Teresa explains the motivation behind opening the house in Dublin and what the house will do. She goes on to describe the different types of relative poverty that exist in different countries. 

If you have rich people, you must be having poor people also.
