Preparations for Orangemen's Parade in the Republic

On this day in 1991 preparations are underway for Orange Parades across Northern Ireland.

As the 12th of July approaches this report takes a look at what it is like to be an Orangeman in southern Ireland at Doohat Orange Lodge on the Cavan-Monaghan border.

L.O.L. (Loyal Orange Lodge) 264 is preparing for the 12th of July. Noel Maxwell, farmer and grand master of the parade, and an Orangeman in a predominantly catholic area, tells his story.
