Due to technical enhancements to the SAORVIEW service, viewers are required to re-scan their televisions or set-top-boxes after Monday October 21st. This re-scan is to facilitate the launch of RTÉ One HD later this year. Viewers will not notice any significant change following this re-scan however failure to re-scan will result in the eventual loss of service.
