| Kildare withstood a stirring second-half comeback from Wicklow in Arklow to book their place in semi-final of the Christy Ring Cup, where they will be joined by Down. |
| Gerry Keegan pointed an injury-time free to secure victory for the Lilywhites on a 0-17 to 2-10 scoreline. Two second-half goals gave London a lifetime after they trailed 0-12 to 0-04 after 40 minutes. |
| Even though the winners had David Harney sent off after receiving two yellow cards in the second period, Keegan kept his nerve when it mattered most to leave the Garden County broken hearted. |
