    On Saturday, we're in the roadcaster at the Foroige Hype Youth Festival in Longford Rugby Club.

    And, on Sunday, we're in the roadcaster at the Battle for the Bay at Dollymount Strand in Dublin.

    On both days, there are weekends away to win on Lucky Numbers.

    We'll also be playing Text in the Score and The Wrong Answer Quiz.

    Drake is making an appearance in 'Anchorman 2' and this weekend our Top 5 is songs from singers who have made cameo appearances in movies.

    We'll also keep you updated on sports and showbiz news, and there will be plenty of music, including the new one from Of Monsters and Men 'King And Lionheart'

    Nicha Maguire's Recipe for Stir Fried Beef with Chilli and Basil

    Nicha Maguire's third recipe - all recipes are available in the new Flora cookbook.

    Stir fried beef with chilli and basil

    Serves: 2

    Prep: 15 mins

    Cook: 10-12 mins

    Ingredients

    3-5 bird eye chillies (can be less or more depending on taste)

    2 cloves garlic

    2 tbsp Flora Cuisine (20ml)

    200g loin steak sliced into thin strip

    200g string beans cut into inch long pieces

    1 small onion sliced (5mm thick)

    1 tbsp (10ml) fish sauce

    1 tbsp (10ml) soy sauce (reduced salt if available)

    (15ml) oyster sauce

    1 tsp sugar

    1 tbsp 1 handful basil leaf

    Method

    1. Crush chillies and garlic in a pestle and mortar to a rough paste

    2. Heat the Flora Cuisine in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add in chillies and garlic and fry them gently to release the fragrance

    3. Add the beef to the pan, when nicely browned add in the string beans and onion, cook for 2-3 minutes until softened

    4. Season with fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar, adjust the taste to your liking

    5. Turn off the heat add basil and give it a quick stir. Serve with Thai jasmine rice and soft fried egg
