    Ryan chatted to Jenny who is coming to our Big 4-Oh party next week. Jenny turned 40 in January and has lost  6 stone since September and she dying to show off the new Her.

    Lisa Kevitt & Kerry Anthony

    25 year old Lisa Kevitt spoke to Ryan about her teenage introduction to heroin which turned her into an addict with 25 criminal convictions. Lisa’s life was changed by Tús Nua, a programme run by the Depaul Trust in partnership with Dóchas Prison (the women’s section of Mountjoy) and the Probation Service.

    Kerry Anthony, CEO of Depaul Ireland joined Ryan in studio to discuss the Tús Nua programme. Since 2003 it has helped women leaving prison reintegrate into society. Women make up 3.5% of the prison population.

    Scrawny To Brawny

    Ryan spoke to Brian MacIntyre this time last year about how he was unhappy with his weight, except he wasn't looking to lose weight; he wanted to put weight on. He started a programme called Scrawny to Brawny... Brian is at the end of his ‘journey’ and he talks to Ryan about gaining 20 pounds in the past 12 months.
