But today we’re talking about the revenge wreaked specifically by women on the back of the recent news story of the sentencing of Vicky Pryce and Chris Huhne. Maia Dunphy gave us a taste of some of the classics - burning clothes or cutting them up is a recurring theme in revenge stories. As is hiding prawns behind radiators or sticking meat though the letterbox when they go on holiday and scratching or daubing something rude on their car.
