What's Your Big Idea
Today we announced the three finalists that we will follow in our 'What's Your Big Idea?' initiative. Pat Burke and Kevin Foley of Grant Thornton were in studio to have an initial chat with the three budding entrepreneurs. The first of the three is Dennis McCarthy a potato farmer from Tipperary who is making de-hydrated crisps as a snack for the health conscious consumer. Sandra Graham is opening her own up-cycled furniture shop in Carrigaline in Cork– It’s called ‘Funky Junk Interiors’. And Brenda Bolger is in the early stagesof creating an Irish Tourism App for children.
