    A Year of Festivals

Ever applied for a mortgage and been refused? It happened to Mark Graham, and it changed the course of his life. Instead of the mortgage, he bought a camper van and took to the road - setting himself the task of attending three festivals a week in Ireland for a whole year.

Mark survived to tell the tale in his new book 'A Year of Festivals in Ireland', published by New Island Press.

    Protecting Your Brand Online

Most of us probably don't think of ourselves as a 'brand', but when it come down to it, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc. all contribute to our own unique personal brand.

But how much time do you actually spend protecting your brand? Are you aware of how people could be making assumptions about who you are and what you stand for, simply by googling your name? Dave chats with Damien Mulley, the owner of Cork based Mulley Communications.

Ruby Wax - Sane New World

You probably know Ruby Wax as a comedian, interviewer or through her work with Absolutely Fabulous, but more recently, she's been studying at Oxford for a Degree in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy.

Ruby wrote a book called 'Sane New World' which teaches us about ways to cope with stress in a very busy world, and she's coming to Ireland to tour with a show of the same name. Dave spoke to Ruby this week.
